Projects

All economic entities that use water resources must carry out their activities in accordance with the norms of the current legislation and the preparation of relevant documents.

Water use issues are regulated by the Water Code of Ukraine dated 06.06.1995 N 213/95-ВР, the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Protection”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 321 dated March 13, 2002, and other normative legal acts.

"EKO SMART LABORATORY" LLC offers the following types of services:

  • Preparation, submission, support of documentation for obtaining a permit for special water use.
  • Development of individual present norms (technological, balance) of water consumption and drainage.
  • Development of standards for maximum permissible discharge.
  • Development, agreement, extension of the project of standards.
  • Obtaining approval of the regional geological enterprise.
  • Preparation, submission, support of documents for obtaining a water management passport.
  • Calculation of the fee for the use of water resources.
