Diagnostic equipment for finding industrial gas leaks

Projects

For many years, our company has been dealing with the problems of finding (detecting), fixing and eliminating leaks of industrial gases on pipelines and other technological assets (including methane leaks from gas pipelines).

“EKO SMART LABORATORY” LLC has the opportunity to offer the best options for diagnostic equipment for detecting methane leaks, namely:

Hi Flow Sampler

Methane detector – Hi Flow Sampler is a structurally safe tool powered by a built-in battery. Enables you to accurately measure the volume and rate of natural gas leakage from any pipe fittings, spool seals, and compressor seals in natural gas main lines, storage facilities, and compressor stations. The intensity of the leakage from the component is measured by sampling at a high speed (from 1.42 to 297 l / min), in order to completely capture all the gas leaking from the equipment unit. Accurate measurement of the flow rate of the sample and the concentration of natural gas in this flow allows you to calculate the intensity of the leak. The device automatically compensates for the difference in the specific gravity of air and natural gas, thus ensuring the accuracy of the leak intensity calculation.

Areas of application of the Hi Flow Sampler:
The use of the Hi Flow sampler allows you to optimize the maintenance budget, because it will indicate which components need to be serviced, knowing the amount of lost gas and the payback period of the repair.
Diagnostics of nodes of high and low pressure gas pipelines, PSG, crane nodes;
Diagnostics of gas storage, tanks and gas distribution stations;
Environmental monitoring, including for “Kyoto Protocol” projects on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Principle of operation of the Hi Flow Sampler sampling device:
The calculation of the intensity of the leak is based on the accurate measurement of the flow rate of the sample and the concentration of natural gas in this flow.

Thermal imager EYE-C-GAS

EYE-C-GAS:
It is specially designed for use in the gas, oil and petrochemical industries, taking into account the requirements of users.
High sensitivity and lower leak detection threshold than existing portable optical gas imaging devices.

It is certified for use in hazardous areas (Class 1, Div. 2 and ATEX II), which allows you to carry out inspections in hazardous areas of various industries.
It has an internal video and audio recording device. Large color LCD display for images and text. The strength and reliability due to the design of the camera allows you to use it in the most difficult operating conditions.

High sensitivity in the region of the spectrum invisible to the human eye provides the exceptional value of the EYE-C-GAS camera as a tool for detecting leaks as fugitive emissions.

Methane detector DP-IR

DP-IR is a new generation methane detector for testing gas distribution networks, which significantly increases the productivity, cost and safety of leak detection work. The principle of its operation is based on IR-CIPS optical technology (infrared spectrometry with controlled polarization), which provides a detection sensitivity of up to 1 ppm. Unlike ionization gas analyzers, which also have high sensitivity, DP-IR does not require the use of hydrogen as a fuel gas.
The DP-IR has a built-in self-test function that checks the correct operation of the device. Using an internal calibration cell, the operator performs a self-test as part of the daily start-up procedure.

The DP-IR detector works in a variety of environmental conditions, including cold or hot weather. Its robust design ensures stable operation in any field conditions.
The device is designed for selective detection of methane, which excludes false positives for other hydrocarbon gases.

Remote detector of methane leaks RMLD-CS

RMLD-CS is a new compact laser device for remote detection of methane leaks at a distance of up to 30 meters. The applied technology – TDLAS (absorption spectroscopy using a tunable semiconductor laser) – allows you to find leaks in hard-to-reach places: busy roads, pipelines, fenced areas, bridge pipes, tanks, biogas plants, etc.

With the help of a built-in color camera, the user receives an image of the place where the laser beam of the detector is directed. The image and associated measurement data, including GPS coordinates, are stored on the internal SD card. This allows you to effectively document the detected leaks and generate reports on the work performed.
